Choose one schedule and complete the registration form. Each option includes 120-minute classes, 3 classes per week, and 12 sessions in total for $599 CAD including HST.
Terms and Conditions
A Cup of ESL – Online Class Recording, Privacy and Terms of Participation
1. No Recording or Unauthorized Sharing
A Cup of ESL does not record online classes. All participants, including those attending free trial classes and paid classes, are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, screenshotting, livestreaming, or otherwise capturing any part of a class without the prior written permission of A Cup of ESL and the consent of all affected participants.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Participants must respect the privacy of their teacher and fellow learners. They must not publish, post, upload, share, distribute, or otherwise disclose recordings, screenshots, photographs, audio, video, chat messages, personal information, or identifying details of other participants without the required permission and consent.
3. Learning Materials
All teaching materials, worksheets, presentations, and other resources provided by A Cup of ESL are for the registered participant's personal learning use only. Participants may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or publicly post these materials without written permission.
4. Participant Responsibility and Liability
Each participant is responsible for complying with these terms and for their own recording, use, and sharing of class content. A Cup of ESL does not authorize or permit unauthorized recording or publication by participants and cannot guarantee that another participant will not breach these rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, A Cup of ESL is not responsible for unauthorized recording, sharing, or publication carried out by participants without its authorization. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
5. Breaches of These Terms
A Cup of ESL reserves the right to remove a participant from a class, suspend access, or refuse future participation if these terms are breached, subject to applicable law and any relevant refund obligations.
6. Acceptance
These terms apply to all A Cup of ESL online classes, including free trial sessions, complimentary classes, group classes, and private lessons. By checking the acceptance box on the registration form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on the participant's behalf where required by law.
